Need advice

Hello everyone,

I just closed my business down in Nov. of last year. I have no other choice but to file chapter 7 to restart my life. But I have found out that the SBA has a lien on my house and that will not go away with the bankruptcy. To make matter worse, I owe the IRS and state back payroll and sales tax. The total for the tow are about 16k. I realy just want to rebuild my life and pick up the peices but I don't know how I can do this. Is anyone who might know how to get this lien off so I don't have to give up my house? If I cannot keep this house can I get the IRS and state matter dissolved? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

cant comment on the Lien-

On the taxes.. As much as you dont want to do it- Call both state and fed and work out a payment plan-
They will work with you.

I know that a lawyer is good but if you dont have the money their goes the lawyer.
Next trying to get a loan it will never happen.
Next asking a family member to help out ,OK thats never going to happen.
Well is something you can do and is free,
From your heart pray alot go to church and keep praying if you meen it it will be answer.
