Posted before about looking for investors for a business (Upholstered Leather Furniture) that was trying to survive, but no really restructure. I believe I've solved my overhead problems by outsourcing manufacturing, but I've waited so long that I'm out of money to pay some back rent and move inventory. I've got a detailed document available to anyone wanting specifics.

Seems like a lot of money to pay back rent and move inventory. Have you thought about using your inventory as collateral? Or use other assets you may have like equipment or accounts receivables? This is an aseet based lending environment.

bmt2008, breakdown is 30k back rent, 10k moving, 20k start up and 40k contingency fund. We done 650k, 1.5m, and 1.7m the past three years and still need to restructure manufacturing. We have a private label ready to sign for 2+m / year, and a new home theater line and bedding line ready to launch if we can get back manufacturing. The restructure would guarantee 20% gross revenue minus 6% commission on regular lines and 20% gross on private label. The outsource manufacterer can pull this off because of shear size. Our previous overhead was the killer for us.
