Does anyone know companies that import raw cacao to the U.S and that will be willing to buy raw cacao from overseas?

The large food companies already have their suppliers, however there is nothing wrong in contacting them, you may get lucky. Try some small bakeries or mom and pop specialty food stores as well in your area. Start small, if you have a good product, the word will spread.
