Branch office of CA C corp in Nevada or New York

I have a C corp in California. The bank i want work with is in Nevada or New York. I want know how i can open a branch office in this State? I need open branch office or i can just rent an office? Which one of Nevada or New York have cheaper Tax?

I can tell you that taxes are much lower in Nevada. There is no corporate income tax but there may be annual fees. New York taxes, on the other hand, can be quite high. I'm not sure it's necessary to open any kind of office in either state, though, if all you want to do is deal with a bank that's located there. Is there some other reason you have for wanting to have an office there?
