Hello Luckiest,

I'm so new to this. I'm not sure what to put under members only. I'm the project money coordinator. I work with quite a few principals and not sure what to put out on my profile. Please advise.

Stephanie.

There are many hard money lenders out there. Please keep in mind that hard money loans are usually very short-term and very expensive. But, a hard money loan can bridge a quick sale until more permanent financing is in place.

Would be glad to help.
