Shelf Corps, The Sky Group? Anyone ever deal with them?

The Sky Group Seems to be one person working out of Miami. They sell shelf corps and assist in getting lines of credit. The up front fees are not excessive and and their email and phone support is very prompt and professional. Anyone have any experience with them

Have not heard of them, but I do not trust anyone that expects and up front fee with gauantees.

Shelf corp? Do you mean shell corp? Never heard of shelf corp.

A shell corp is a cover vehicle for illegal activities like money laundering.

No reputable bank will fund on shell corporation. As long as the shelf corporation or aged corporation is an existing holding company, that is fine. Find out the name of the corporation and then check with the SOS. If it says it was revoked or reinstated, that corporation is usually junk for funding purposes, but great for asset protection.
