Great opportunity to buy out inventory and take over an exisiting 56 year old country store from retiring owner. my credit is probably fair with an issue or two but i feel that I have compensating factors for consideration.
One is that I have a very successful track record of over 25 years in food and beverage and executive management. I have a solid income with proven work history, I have probably at least 50k equity in my home of 10 years. I can provide an endless list of references as to my work ethic and character, both business and personal. Am willing to pay high percent interest on a very short term. Know someone who will listen or provide possible contacts ? Suggestions more than welcome. Thanks !!

PRC works directly with the funding source that manages a Private Investor Fund that provides funding for Businesses and Real Estate Investors. Who are not a bank and do not base funding decisions on credit scores.

same here ... if possible, I would lease restaurant equipment, specifically refrigeration, ice maker and dishwasher. I thought this would be the best way to reserve money for operating expenses. All furniture and decor I plan to pay cash.
