Need Help, trying to open a night club and loung...

I'm getting ready to move to PA and I'm trying to open a night club and Lounge in NY. I have a few choices of properties that I'm looking at, I have a name in mind for both, I have the designs picked out. I just need to know what all do I need to do in order to make the club and lounge successful? Like what all the licenses do I need? Do I need a business partner? Approx how much money do I need? Where can I find investors, or banks that will help me out? And any other information that might be helpful, because I'm trying to launch them both around the New Year but mainly after the New Year.

Well its not going to well everything is falling apart at the moment for me, I'm not getting approved for any thing, and I have nobody behind me to help me with this so I'm riding solo.

I opened a night club in mass in 2007 and could offer valuable assistance. Doubled revenue in one year.
