Why would someone offer a 100% ROI on such a sure thing?

Tell you what, pretent I invested $100,000 and just send me a check for $25,000 and we will call it a day - it will cost you less!

First off please don't think we all on this site is like the others that's replyed to your posting. I hope someone one will answer more maturely to it.

Second, to those of you that posted to it, GROW UP, and don't ridicule something you don't understand. I hope it's that, and not that you made a opinion on something you didn't even get the details on.

Third, there are many reasons why he needs to go to an investor instead of a loan. Here are some to help you understand:
1.No Business Credit
2.Poor Credit History ( and in these days we can understand)
3.Wouldn't conform to a conventional loan
4.Time is an issue

Let me tell you about a man that was looking for investment just like this individual. Couldn't get a loan to save his life. So he decided to ask all people in his small town, half of them invested, and half of them ridiculed liked the above posters. Today the half that invested are millionaires, and the other half are still waiting for their checks. You see that man was Sam Walton founder of Walmart.

Fourth, the members of this community that are looking for financing, or investors don't give up hope, or get down because of some of the answers you get back. There are alot of people that give good advice, and knowledge here. If it weren't for visionaries like us we would still be in caves.

Have a good day!! Warren
