Can you please explain what is a Stable - Value Fund.

Hello Luckiest! Not sure what context you are using this term, but I'm familiar with it as an investment term.

A stable value fund functions somewhat like money market holdings except that the payouts are fashioned by the portfolio manager in accordance with the liquidity needs of the fund. You can check out: http://www.stablevalue.org for some more information.
