Looking for a financial partner to expand business. We believe the market is going to turn around in 2010 and we want to be ready for it. We have several opportunities now to get in on the beginning of some great new projects, but need the financial backing to do so. Please only contact with serious inquiries. Thank you

As a contractor, if your dealing with commercial properties, one of the best ways to grow current and future relationships is with aligning yourself with a cost segregation firm that helps you provide extra benefits to your clients by segregating the usable parts of the property and allowing the owner to take massive tax advantages. There can be fee's added to this for you or we can simply help your clients, showing them the potential benefit before ever asking for the business. This is one thing that can set you apart from the competition by leaps and bounds! If you'd like more information to be able to make an informed decision, let me know and I'll get you more info!

Randy,

Please simply shoot me an e-mail and I'll reply with information that you can go over at your convenience and get back to me with questions or to set up a time in person to speak. Also, if you'd simply like to discuss this directly, you can also call me. I'm in CA and will be available after 3:00PM today or tomorrow.
