Help with starting a Property Manangement business in FL

Hello all!

I am interested in feedback on the steps/struggles/advice on how to start a Property Management business in Florida. I want to start off small...helping home owners rent out their homes & small apartment communities. From what I've heard I don't have to have a real estate license in FL. I'm just in the brainstorming stage but eager to get the ball rolling. Please let me know any advice/feedback you have. I really appreciate it! Thanks!!!

Help with starting a Property Management business, Welcome

If I was planning to start a Property Management business I would do the following

One, Develop a Business and Marketing Plan

Two, Contact SCORE. SCORE is FREE and can help.
