Registering my business in the USA while living in Jamaica

Hello, I need some advice. I own and operate a small business in Kingston, Jamaica and I am looking to expand to the USA. Can I resgister my business name under LLC in the USA and keep the business name as mine and maintain all legal rigths to the name without visiting that country? if yes, can i please get links to the relevant parties that I need to get intouch with to have this done? Also, to facilitate my expanding to USA, I am interested in opening a Business checking account with Bank of America in Florida. Can that also be done from here in Jamaica? Please give me your best advise. Thank you.

Hello Howard,

I own and operate a clothing company here in jamaica, where I have my own line of clothing manufactured here and overseas then they are distributed to stores islandwide. What king of business do you own/operate and where in the USA are you located?
