my name is Justin, im a new member here, i jz wanted to know how to start a small business , smethg like a restaurant.
what should i need to prepare? and wat should i need to plan 1st?

Tell us more. Where are you?? How soon do you want to start this small business??

If I wanted to start a small business I would 1) Contact SCORE. SCORE is FREE

and 2) Write a Business and marketing plan.

Target Market
Trade Area
QSP Combination (Quality, Service, Pricing)
Distribution Channels
Accounting

These are all areas that you should define and understand when it comes to your own personal business. Most will be covered within the business/markeing plan. Once established I would recommend a website. Good Luck!
