I am an LPN, sole proprietor, that works as a contractor with a diagnostic imaging company. I would like to expand my business by contracting for healthcare technical skills (phlebotomy, administrative, and patient flow). Currently have 2 people available to work as employees but would prefer to keep their involvement minimal. Just need some advice on where I should be looking for potential clients. Have thought about approaching other diagnostic imaging companies, but am not sure how I would present the business. Any help or advice that could be given is greatly appreciated.
