Looking for a loan to consolidate debt

I've been in business almost 2 yrs, will be in March. I have incurred some debt that Im looking to consolidate into 1 loan. Looking for something with low documentation if any. I have good credit over 680 fico score. Need a loan close to 100K. Any suggestions.

My name Alex, I own a real estate business, Im also a realtor/mortgage broker. I own rental properties, and also flip properties. Located in Dallas TX. I do have a federal ID and an accountant. Do not have a business plan, can make one if needed. Do not need any working capital, just consolidate my current debt.
