Our economy is currently in at loss.

What should a disabled owned web development business do when this happens?

A disabled web development business should find potentially more productive markets.

For example, I am bidding on projects that the Great USA is sending to INDIA.

So I bid on a project within an India based market, and I win.

Whats funny about that? The funny thing is the company that approved of my bid, is BASED in INDIA.

Imagine that an India based Company outsourcing to the USA, via a disabled mentally ill web developer.

If that isn't funny, I don't know what is.

I am still chuckling.

There are lots of "foreign" products in American, and lots of American products in "foreign" countries, so I'm not sure I get the joke -- but I do congratulate you on securing the contract.
