Hello,

We have a construction business and trucking (agg hauling) Sole Pro- estab 2005. In 2009 Going to add wife on as partner or president, (?).

For 2009, we need to put or company into a LLC or S corp. and was wondering any advise given on what is best to have. We pay out ALOT for liability insurance and really need to be covered all the way around. Thanks!
