Setting up a Franchise, LTD or PLC

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could help me by telling me what legislation ( meaning paper work etc) and whatever else is needed to start up a franchise?
Also if anyone know's what is needed to be done to set up a PLC or LTD in the UK?

Pleasee reply i would find your information very vey helpful.

I've not seen much discussion in this community regarding UK franchises, so I'm not sure how much first hand experience you'll find here. I can suggest two other websites that might help.

Relative to your questions about franchises, there is a wealth of info at

As for how to form a limited liability company, try
