is start building the business credit and if you do this the right
way getting a loan will not be a problem for you and your friend.

Since your credit is the stronger the one and you guys are just
getting started you may have to be the PG but if you
guys can build the credit again the correct way

I have a kick butt business Plan with a 3 year Pro Forma. We are starting up this business to launch one piece of it a magazine we have been debuting on Facebook and have a good following.

We need help.Please help, direct us. I am at wits end trying to get through this mirade of NO's and applications and all that. I have an excellent Bisoness Plan that me and My partner wrote up. We just need funding fast and now to get the last pieces of out magazine together for a december launch.

We had almost all the magazine together and all the people quit except the CEO and then I came aboard and now I'm a co-owner.

We are asking $500,000. It's all laid out in the plan. Please help advise, input. We know a lot about the business of of MEDIA publishing company but this money things is another issue have no clue on. Please help and advise.

We have no collateral. I have been unemployed for 15 months, and he about 4 months. I have fair to bad credit and he has no credit. We are based out of Dallas, Texas.

Any advice, direction, help would be greatly appreciated in advance. Saw your comment out on the SBOC. I posted my question but for some reason the powers that be don't seem to what to post to or approve it. Please help if you can or direct me.
