I am looking for some advice on finding some funding for a new personal training studio. It is a franchise that is international and is ranked in the top 100 franchises in the U.S. My partner and I have roughly $100k in liquid assets at the moment and are looking for roughly $75k more to make sure we are comfortable with the entire opening process, so yes, we have more than 50% injection money. The higher of our two scores is above 700 which belongs to my partner, I am looking for a loan that will not effect my partner's home but is not 12%-18% interest which we have already been rough arroved for $75k. If anyone has any advice or any interest please let me know.

Thank you,
-Steve

Looking to start a personal training studio, Welcome Steve

Where are you and this business located??

If *I wanted to start a personal training business, I would
visit SCORE. SCORE is FREE and they can help you develop both a
Business and a Marketing Plan that lenders want to see.*

Good luck, LUCKIEST

Myself, my partner, and the future business are in Bergen County NJ. We are currently looking at a retail spot in Wyckoff, NJ to be specific.

I could not agree more I think SCORE is a great source of information and there website takes days to go over all the video and information. Then your next step would find a advisor from SCORE and they can become your mentor.

good luck,
Chris
