I think you have some real options;

Purchase Order Financing is great so long as you have a high dollar amount of orders to fill

If you have accounts receivable then you can look at factoring

If you need software or hardware you could look at a leasing option. Usually cheaper than a loan.

Be very carefull if you are seeking a business line of credit or are having a "intermediary" of any kind place your request with a Hedge or VC firm. They are not doing much right now and anyone who says otherwise is eithier lying or very very rich. If anyone reads this and they are in fact that latter of those two please call me I have some great projects that are on hold.

You need to get a copy of your own credit report from all three bureaus. With the scores as well. Any lender will need to run their own report when making a decision, but any lender who cant look at what you supply prior to running their own and looking at all your financials probably isnt worth working with anyway. This way you dont get a bunch of credit inquries and drop your score.
