I am a mortgage processor/validator ( currently out of work). I have been in the business for 10 years plus. During this time I have worked with hundreds, thousands, of people purchasing their first home, refinancing.... going thru alot of stress.... I have taken these experiences and written an booklet which I have changed to an ebook for the homeowners and prospective homeowners.
