Your credit is not horrible by any standards. However as I am sure you know the late payments are not going to help the situation. Is your available credit exhausted? I feel for you when you mention that you had taken out merchant cash advances, that makes it hard to stay afloat with the ridiculous interest rates. All that being said......How are your financial's? Is the business making any money? If so, good financial's would definately help in getting you the financing you are looking to acquire.
