Funds are available. The requirements are very simple. You must be a US Corporation, start ups are ok. You must be looking for at least $250,000. My investor is not interestd in rehabing or fliping real estate.

Hello

I read your posting and I am looking for funding for amretail store in SOut6h Carolina. I have been in business for 19 months. I are looking for working capital and expansion funds. I do not have a formal business plan. I am looking to open a second location in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee to add to the location in Myrtle Beach. The merchandising plan is solid and the store is successful as long as we have traffic. Do you think this is something your investors may consider?
