Hello.

Is your two year requirement strictly enforced? I am looking for funds to expand an existing retail store and we've been in business for about 17 months. We are established, have employees, a three year lease and have grossed almost a quarter of a million dollars. Anything you think you can do to help?

Thank you
Lee

Lee,
The two year rule is not mandatory. Please email me your contact info and we can discuss further.

Thanks,

Todd

Hi, you helped a guy I know in Rotary, TJ get $120k for his software
company, but he didn't have your contact info with him when we spoke
and suggested to reach you through here. I'm wondering if you can help
me.

Here's my situation: Been in business 2 years. Have 2 years tax returns
that show positive cash flow. DnB Paidex(?) of 68 (I'm told by a
friend/vendor who looked it up for me), YTD financials are okay, but they're not audited, and he said
you may need the last few months of bank statements (which show an
average balance of only $5,500 to $11,000 - and falling). Cash positive
between $5 and 10k per month (though we were around $25-35k earlier
this year. My personal fico is 680 (I know that's not that high).

So, a) would I be a candidate for what you do, b) what other info would
you need to help me, and c) how fast can I get working capital. I'm
very worried about making payroll in two weeks because receivables are
just taking longer to get in. I'd like to get $50-60k to pad me for
another quarter or two. I'm so tired of people promising to help me get
money and either not responding or offering up scams, ownership
takeovers, or real estate deals (which I don't have). And I DON'T have
any significant receivables to factor!!! Geo.

Give me a call at
(or email me at): trkehrli@hotmail.com and I'd be glad to help. Your situation is not at all unique
or problematic. Banks are not lending money very freely these days, as it sounds
like you already learned. With the information you've provided, this would be a
fairly easy situation for which to find your funding.

Due to the urgent
nature of your request, we'd probably start with the more creative and easier
means of raising the money for you and get a deal on the table, then see if we
have any other alternatives that might be cheaper money. We like to say: let's
get a bird in hand so we can beat around the bushes a little more. With
the info you've provided me, we should be able to have a deal done in 4 or 5
days. Please contact me ASAP though, so we can get the process started.

On a side note, it
is really important you don't wait too long to find funding. We can usually help
about 75% of the people who contact us, and the other 10% we can't help have
waited just a few weeks too long so their credit, financials, and bank accounts
are in too difficult of shape to help them.

Are there restrictions on industries you can help? My bank is not
looking favorably on the travel industry, but we are still doing okay.
We just need bridge money to keep us moving.

What options would you have for a business owner that needs 35k but has a 568 on there score? Any ideas?

Unfortunately with a 568 credit score there are not alot of options if any. Let me check into it a little more before I say yes or no. How many years in business? Are your financial's strong, do you have strong bank statements? Keep in mind with your credit score being so low it is not going to be cheap money. What percent of the business do you own, if not 100% is their anyone else who has better credit? If you don't want to post the answers to these questions feel free to email me or call me.

Thanks,
Todd

Hi, I own a mortgage company that I opened in 1999, and we are now in need of working capital to primarily consolidate debt. I have many many credentials and accolades, as well as a great reputation in my area, but no one wants to lend to a mortgage company irregardless of their reputation and solidity in the area.

Would your business be able to fund MY type of business?

Todd:
I am interested in seeing what you have to offer. We've been in business since 1994 and are expanding our IT department. Just went through a huge expansion in the last two years with regard to adding videoconferencing suites to our company. We keep growing, but we need the funds to take us to the next level.

Well I pulled my credit last night, and it turns out that now my business accounts have begun reporting on my personal report (b/c they're personally guaranteed), the 3 that I'm behind on decided I suppose that as soon as I was late they would now put it on my personal credit. It has now pulled my credit down to the mid 500's. I have had a 720+ for my entire life until this month....

Gulfcoast,
The morgage industry is risky, but with poor personal credit on top of that it makes it impossible. I am sorry I cannot help you out.
