Corporations are based on tax strategies. Talk to your accountant.

Diva is right, its very dependant on your personal situation. There are resources out there that tell you the difference, but an accountant will be able to explain the pros and cons as they apply to you.

Just from my own experiences, I worked for a lawn care / terraforming company that was classed under LLC since we were partnered with a real estate firm.
