How Does an International invest Online???

I need to find an easy way to invest in stocks of variious companies in the NYSE online...
but I want to do it using my Dutch bank account... OR Bank of America, I don't have a social security number.
Any Ideas?

Are you planning on actively trading or investing? BofA has an investment division, however you are going to need to provide some sort of tax ID.

I"m planning on actively trading yes,
and I dont think that all the non-US citizens out there are not allowed into the NYSE..
All i have is my passport and drivers licence.. im not eligible for BofA i guess<<
