Launching a new Internet web based company with a target audience of College kids. I have a business model, revenue model and business plan all ready and the site is launching in late december early jan 09. This can be huge nothing like it out there. I have two investors so I would be looking for nothing more then 100k biggest expense is start up promitional items. I have a business that you can provide your $300,000 to and I can give you a secure, for sure, 16% rate of return on your investment.

The purpose would be to raise meat rabbits and to process the meat on site. We would sell commercially to grocers, restaurants and online as well as to locals. We are not in the housing industry and we are not on Wall Street. We are "Main Street" We are not looking for "free" money, we will be making a monthly payment to the person/persons that will assist us. We are also considering a small share of the annual profits. We have been doing this as a hobby but after talking with several people including our attorney and the IL Dept of Agriculture are wanting to move forward as a business. We can not keep up currently with the demand and are needing to expand our livestock. Per the USDA rabbit meat is the most nutritous meat for humans and with our country's farm land disappearing into the housing industry, raising rabbits is an answer to some of our food concerns. We are not "processed foods". We do not add growth hormones or any thing artifical to our rabbits. We are not asking for "Free Money" we are asking for an investor to invest in the future of "Main Street"

You know that I started this question that has led to this guy coming on here and posting his investment originally. I know that we can not tell who is for real and who isn't. I agree with the last post. Who ever this person is is not for real... I don't believe. I haven't approached this person for any funds because as the last replier a person who was going to invest has other avenues besides this forum. If it is true that he has money to invest he has gone about it the wrong way. As much as we all need funding some more desperate than others... It is still unforgiveable. He should have come in here and stated what it was that he was looking for and if he wasn't sure then he should have just stated that he was an investor and not mentioned how much he was prepared to invest.
There is my rant for today folks! I feel really bad for those of you who had hopes with this guy. In this economy I like most of you are looking for a needle in a haystack but I have to try and sift the baloney from what is real. Break out the bread because I am slappin on some serious meat and making a sandwich with this guy!
