How can I send e-mails to all my customers......?

Hi everyone,

Can anyone let me know that how I can send e-mails to all my customers, but they are not able to view others' e-mail information? I'm currently using yahoo's basic services. Do they have that type of function? Or any suggestion for any other e-mail system?

Hello VortexCenter,

When composing a new email, there is a "To" field, and a "CC" field. At the end of the "To" field there is a link that says "Show BCC". Click this link and another field will appear beneath the "CC" field. In order for other customers not to view others email, type one email address in the "To" field and the other emails in the "BCC" field. No email information will be disclose to anyone.

You can also try to Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express which is usually included in your Microsoft Office Package.

You may also want to look at the online email marketing services. I've used both ConstantContact and VerticalResponse with good results. These services allow you to (among other things)...

Maintain an online list of subscribers. You can separate these lists into categories like "customers", "prospects", "partners", etc...
Send emails while complying with the CAN-SPAM Act (you don't have to worry about this if you're just emailing customers)
Provide a simple mechanism for people to sign up for your newsletter/communications by use of a "badge" or "applet" on your web site
Valuable analytics that show you exactly who read your emails and (if applicable) clicked on any links in your message

Very simple utilize an online form that will allow users to submit there email address, which in turn will turn into an email list. You can then use the same tools that you used to create the form, to create a profesionally designed email.

Programinng Experience Needed? Nope. It also does not cost anything to sign up and use the form, although it will cost about a penny per sent email.
