Ideally we are looking for about 200K to open a second location plus some working capital. We have just been given the opportunity to buy out inventory of our biggest selling line. I cannot take advantage of this without additional funding. While we can do with less, we would have to analyze the minimum that would work.

YOu are correct that the Van Dyk Mortgage site is for residential mortgages. Through our years of doing business both residential and commercial properties we have met a number of people that have sources of funds for commercial/business purposes. We do that also and we have a site under construction for that purpose. The commercial aspect of it is seperate from Van Dyk.

No, We are not a lender but I know people who are lenders and investors who have money that they will lend to people for business puposes. We try and connect people
