Upscale lounge in Spring Hill, Fl. Past investor couldn't secure money. Nothing like concept anywhere with growth potential in many markets. Plans, ff and e, and location ready. Serious interest only.

Hi,
I am looking for about $150,000 for a specialized, start up bakery. The first location is to be on the South Shore of Boston and I plan to Franchise within 3 to 5 years. I do not wish to give out my social security number to complete strangers so if there is a way to qualify for this investment without giving that out, I'd like to discuss.

I need 300,000 for purchase & working capital of a business whose net profit is 144,000 annually. Recession proof business even in present economy. Company who is selling the business has an excellent reputation for building successful businesses in money making location. Do you do 25K in working capital for a start-up in real estate market? Buying, rehabbing, and reselling homes, the rehabbing is what i need the capital for.
