I own a small entertainment services company in Jamaica. The business is in need of capital to expand and to become profitable. I have a ready business plan available to any genuinely interested investor. I would like to invite anyone intested in becoming an active or passive partner or who can provide a reasonable line of credit to let me know.

My investment so far is over US$400K and I would be looking to raise a similar amount to realise the full potential of the business. Payback would be three to four years.

Waht kind of business is it that you have? $800k seems like a lot for an entertainment business. What would the funds be used for?

It is a fully integrated business, involving a number of different entertainment services. Including; A night club, Recording Studio, Sound Systems Rental, Karaoke services, Equipment rental, Bounce Houses, Party Lighting, video capture and editing plus other services. Some of these are capital intensive and require fairly large capital outlay. Our competitive strategy is to provide a one stop entertainment shop. This is our main advantage over other players in the market.

The problem is our scale. We need to acquire critical mass so as to be able to be a major force in most of the segments that we will be operating.

I along with my staff are fully committed to this project and are confident it will be a winner.

Why don't you send me your business plan and I will see if it is something that we can make work.

Hello;

I sent you my business plan a week ago. Did you receive it? If so what do you think? Would appreciate a response.
