105. Re: Is anyone looking for working capital? Oct 23, 2008 4:34 PM
I currently own and operate a business by the name of Tracy's Scentsational Candles, LLC. I have been in business for 2 1/2 years and have finally discovered the perfect formula for creating a candle that both smells wonderful and looks great. I also sell car fresheners, diffuser kits, scented rose buds, and am planning on adding to the product line by adding bath and body products.

I have a wonderful product that is low cost, already has a loyal customer base, and is poised to do great things - all I need is a blessing! A blessing that is preferably in the form of an investor willing to take a chance and help grow this company.

I have done all of the things needed to establish myself as a legitimate company (incorporating it, business checking account, PPM to try to get investors biting, business plan, working on a marketing plan, internet presence via a website, etc.), but with all of that I am missing the one thing needed to expand - capital. I even started a website business to make extra money to buy inventory - but even that isn't helping.

I have ideas for the expansion of my company - which I will not discuss here - but just suffice it to say I have done my research and what I have here is an undiscovered goldmine.

If you want more information or can give me some advice or can be the Angel I am looking for, you can visit my website at http://smallbusinessonlinecommunity.bankofamerica.com/interstitial-page.jspa?businessUrl=http%3A%2F%2Ftracysscentsationalcandles.com&referrerUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fsmallbusinessonlinecommunity.bankofamerica.com, or you can email me at admin@tracysscentsationalcandles.com.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this,

Please use caution and research before thinking about listening to FINANCE SOLUTIONS OF AMERICA, LLC. I contacted this gentlemen last night. He sent me some information. I decided to research the product that he was offering and found that the government deems it illegal to use in the U.S only LLC and Corporations are legally allowed to have a CPN which is a separate number like a social security number for these types of businesses but they should only be obtained by licensed professionals who are allowed to provide that process.

Building trade credit off already established business credit is illegal and if the bureau's catch wind of it. They will immediately exsponge it off your record and ruin your business reputation. If you want sound advice, you want to deal with someone that is not going to hurt you but help you and tell if the product that they offer is right for you or not.

+I also researched another name I found on the Thread Tony Keith, and after talking to this gentlemen I was thoroughly impressed with his ethics. He did not try to sell me on his product and get me to do something that would hurt me or my business in the long run. He told me the truth and he told me that what I was doing on my own was just fine. That I did not need to borrow from someone if I did not need to. But If I did need to, I would feel confident in going through him to get the help that was needed give him a call. 605-275-2467 tell him the insurance lady with big dream referred you!!! +
The attachment that FINANCE SOLUTIONS OF AMERICA, LLC solutions will send you. I found word for word on google, he just copied and paste it onto a word document, from what I researched he is not registered with the BBB as his attachment shows the BBB's symbol you can copy and paste that from google images. There was nothing professional about any material he sent. My 3 year can do a better presentation.

PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT IS CONSIDERING THIS!!!!! USE CAUTION RESEARCH AND RESEARCH SOME MORE, $1500 TO START IS A LOT OF MONEY THEN HE WANTS 18% OF THE $100,000 AFTER THE $1500. YOU'RE LOOKING AT ALMOST $20,000. IF YOUR HURTING FOR CAPITAL FOR YOUR BUSINESS WHY WOULD YOU TAKE PRECIOUS MONEY THAT YOU CAN PUT INTO YOUR BUSINESS AND THROW IT AWAY. I HAVE BEEN BURNED BEFORE NUMEROUS TIMES TRYING TO PURSUE MY DREAMS BY PEOPLE WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR DESPERATION. AS BUSINESS OWNERS WE HAVE TO LEARN TO BE CAUTIOUS IN THIS TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCE DAY AND AGE. IT'S TOO MANY SCAMS OUT THERE AND THEY ARE GOOD AT DISGUISING THEMSELVES. THE ECOMONY IS AT ITS WORST WHICH IS A PERFECT BREEDING GROUND FOR FLY BY NIGHT COMPANIES TRYING TO SURVIVE BY PREYING ON PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND I!!!
