Investor needed for upscale restaurant in Scottsdale

We own an upscale Italian restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale. The summer months were brutal and all the available funds we had were used to carry it through these months. Our best months are ahead of us and we need some emergency working capital (50K). Although our credit is excellent we are over-extended therefore unable to get a loan via a conventional way. Since our sales for the last few months are so low we do not qualify for a credit card merchant type of loan either. We are in need of someone to basically help us out for at least six months to one year. We will pay this loan by then, we are willing to pay interest and/or fees. We are not looking for a free loan, just someone with a big heart willing to invest in our dream. Thank you. Luciana

Luciana, I deal with 8 different lenders in NY. One of them will hopefully have a program available for your situation.

Thank you for your response. We're in a very tight position right now and we are looking to "save" our restaurant. It has great potential, but we've run out of money and we need to come up with at least $15K by October 31st. We also need about $25K in operation costs. We are willing to pay interest or we welcome a partner as well. I know is short notice, but if you're able to help us out I would love to send you more infomation.
