Are there restrictions on industries you can help? My bank is not looking favorably on the travel industry, but we are still doing okay. We just need bridge money to keep us moving.

Hi Mike G</<br /> We could use any amount from $100,000 to $500,000 on a two year note paying no more than 9% APR, with monthly payments to include interest and principle. Our credit score is over 700 and we are current with all our floor plans and have a line of credit with a current balance of $667,000.00 this is our limit with this one company, they can not give us an increase at this time, we have always been current with them, last months payment to them was $47,000.00. Our receivables are over 1,250,000.00 with a 98% up to date payment history, we could sell our notes, but this would cost us a lot of profit.+*
+ We have been in this location since 2002, our building is valued at $700,000.00 and we only owe $250,000.00 but our bank, that we have been with since 2002 and never missed or even been late on a payment will not let us get any equity out.+
*+ The extra money will be used to fund more sub-prime customers and should put our sales over $3,000,000 next year, this year we will end with a little over $2,500,000+ *
+ We are not interested in funding from credit card sales, we do very little in credit cards, it's mostly used for our rental car business and auto repair business, although some of our buy here pay here costumers make there monthly payment by phone. If you think you can help, give me a call.+

Dave,
Should I call the number on the carz4you website? What is a good time and day for you to discuss your needs? Note..we do not fund deals using credit card sales.

Take care,

Have you considered using your AR's for an asset-based LOC? It is similar to factoring, but with more money management placed in your hands. The line is paid down by the AR's being paid, but you only draw on the line when you need the money, which helps control the cost. The line is based off prime + (annual rate), along with a 1-2 point monthly line fee.

If you would be interested in discussing this I would be more than glad to answer any questions you have. One of our requirements is that your AR's are with other businesses and not consumers. We do factoring as well, and are very competitive. We also try to customize our ABLs and factoring deals, where we review your AR aging report, and will leave out those who pay late (over 70-90 days) to minimize cost.

Either way, best of luck and please feel free to call me anytime.

Mike,

I am a consultant looking to start a business for children and families affected with autism. I am brand new to all of this and not sure where to start. I do know that if I want to do this practice right, I will be looking for between $3-400,000 for start up. Would you have any advise?

Thanks.

+ Sounds interesting, but that type of software would not work for us, we could use a good car dealer software, if you have a software company with this type of software maybe we could do this deal, our current software company may be interested in upgrading us if they could gain financially, it's called CARLOT MANAGER at 1-321-693-3544 (sales).+

+ We are open to any ideas to legally raising extra funds.+

THANKS

Hi Dave, I mentioned too that we're talking to a venture firm about your needs. Your situation is quite unique and we need to find venture type investor who understands your business model. We have a meeting with a large one in the next couple of weeks and plan to talk to him about your special situation.

Keep in mind we have many avenues for funding these deals. I'm sorry we couldn't find a way to include auto dealership software into the deal somehow, but the way we work is to try to a) get "a" deal on the table, and b) get multple deals on the table so we can find the one that best fits your financial and temperal requirements.
