Re: Anyone need help acquiring financing? Nov 5, 2008 4:41 PM
Hi Mike G</<br /> We could use any amount from $100,000 to $500,000 on a two year note paying no more than 9% APR, with monthly payments to include interest and principle. Our credit score is over 700 and we are current with all our floor plans and have a line of credit with a current balance of $667,000.00 this is our limit with this one company, they can not give us an increase at this time, we have always been current with them, last months payment to them was $47,000.00. Our receivables are over 1,250,000.00 with a 98% up to date payment history, we could sell our notes, but this would cost us a lot of profit.+*
+ We have been in this location since 2002, our building is valued at $700,000.00 and we only owe $250,000.00 but our bank, that we have been with since 2002 and never missed or even been late on a payment will not let us get any equity out.+
*+ The extra money will be used to fund more sub-prime customers and should put our sales over $3,000,000 next year, this year we will end with a little over $2,500,000+ *
+ We are not interested in funding from credit card sales, we do very little in credit cards, it's mostly used for our rental car business and auto repair business, although some of our buy here pay here costumers make there monthly payment by phone. If you think you can help, give me a call.+
SINCERLY
Dave Wilson
