If you are talking about 1-4 family no. I you are talking about apartment complexes we do have some options and it would be worth a conversation.

I need to send all of that for $3,000? I don't need an investment in my business, but moreso my event, somewhat of a sponsorship type of deal, does this qualify?

If the amount you need is 3,000 I would recommend that you get a credit card or an unsecured line of credit. It will much less invasive and should be easily paid back by you.

We are looking for working capital and expansion capital for a specialty retail shop in Myrtle Beach, SC. We have been in business for 1 1/2 years in the premier dining, shopping and entertainment venue in the area. We know our product is the right blend and do phenominal business when we have traffic. Our LLC paperwork is currently in with the state, we already have an EIN (we have employees), checking account, etc. We are in the middle of a 3 year lease with a 3 year option. Do you think you can help? We do accept credit cards, but unfortunately that will not give us the amount of funds for which we are looking.

According to the vandykmortgage web site, they are in the mortgage business. Although it doesn't specifically say so, it appears that these are residential mortgages. I didn't find any information on commercial lending. Did I miss something?
