Business model has been reworked to adapt current economic conditions. Growth is for application purchase of a mobile media platform, as well as audio/video advertising options offered to clients.

Be careful. There are many willing "Investors" who indicate that they can assist. However, what they really want is to charge you upfront fees with very little guarantee that the funding will materialise.

Yes - they look a little suspect. I wouldn't know how to contact them to begin with since their information makes no sense!

Thanks and it stinks to learn the hard way but I already did a long time so now I'm weary of almost all of them.

Magazine is geared towards readership comprised of mostly female - late 20's to early 50's since they are the demographic that purchases all of the household pet related products and services. Advertisers (particularly national) target that group - ie., iams, woolite carpet cleaner for pet stains, ads are placed is Better Homes & Gardens, Real Simple, Oprah etc.

Yes - although still in the red. More capital would accomplish needs for growth to secure higher $ advertisers.
