I need proposals (preferably an overseas company for web page design?

Now as you all seen my newheightsdomains.com. Can someone design this for me let me see the work to see if I like it? And can I upload a page that has been desgined into my control center? Please help I'm very new to this. You must at least provide 3 referals

The answer to your question is Im not working with a huge budget so I cant afford MIT status web designs.

Newheig, This is way over my head. When I asked where are you located I was asking
what State?? (in the United States)
I did google " MIT status web design" and got a detailed description that I could paste here
if you want to see it.

I do sincerely wish you the best of luck dealing with an overseas outsource firm - first in getting anything completed that will be properly coded, fast to download, easy to navigate, looks good and is search engine friendly. "Lo varato sale caro." - The cheap comes out expensive.

And then try and get support for a problem from the other side of the planet.
