Hi,

I was referred to them by a friend to discuss financing for my business.

I have unfortunately not heard good things about them from former clients and associates of theirs.

One former client was all but guaranteed a loan, provided that they sign up for a business plan first. They were told that after the business plan was complete, and used in conjunction with their loan applications, the cost would be recouped. After thousands of dollars for the business plan, the loan did not go through.

One affiliate of the company has cut all ties and prefers not to speak of why, other than it was not what they were lead to believe.

Most clients, after paying processing and planning costs, do not seem to get the loans they were working for.

The least of their problems seems to be the unsettling employee turnover rate as well - it seems you never get the same person twice, and when you inquire as to why, you are simply told 'they are not longer here'.

We've had a good relationship with Lumen Financial. We are a multi-million dollar company and employed them a year ago as consultants. Since then, we have seen good progress with our business. They act as consultants for small to midsize profit and non profit companies. It took us some time to get our company in the direction we wanted but once we did, they were also able to help us broker a substantial buyout financing package to acquire a competitor. If you are looking for quick money, I won't recommend them. If you are looking to grow your company in the long run, you should give them a try.
