I know there has been a lot of discussion about referrals. Not only are referrals the most effective way most small busineeses drive revenue but with the economy in its current state, it just makes sense to rely on those professionals you know and trust to keep business moving.

I believe that it extremely important that anyone serious about growing there business through referrals, read this article which was released on Mashable, the authority on new web technology.
