Hi was talking with someone last year told me about a government loan program of 8% down 40 fixed at 5.75% please let me know if you can help.

This is what my company does, we provide commercial mortgage solutions. I know exactly the program you are talking about, in fact with the Fed's action yesterday the index used for rates, the 10 year treasury is down today. So it looks like rates will be the lowest they have been in a couple of years. This program is for apartment complexes and the fundamentals for multi family properties are still strong and only getting better as, sadly, more people are forced out of their homes.

The loan is for 2,000,000 I was told of a government loan program of 8% down fixed for 40 years at 5.75 % if you can help let me know if I cant get these rates the deals dead...
