RT Real Estate Investments LLC is a developer of residential substance abuse and dual diagnoses treatment centers. We help the recovering individual, the community, and the investor to benefit from these specialized services.
The first of these centers is located in Olalla WA, (www.sunrayrecovery.com). Our planned residential facilities begin as sober living homes and convert to residential treatment centers as each property is licensed by the proper state licensing authority. State approved homes provide detoxification, counseling programs, education, lectures and group therapy. Long range planning includes expansion of multiple mid to high-end facilities located throughout the United States.
We are seeking funding for this project and we are on schedule to open in July, 2008.

The strategic plan (available on request) offers an excellent return on investment and ownership stake in future projects. We have recently discovered the plan of a major asset management firm (Bain Capital) to acquire drug and alcohol centers through out the country. We have acquired three brand new homes on nine acres. These beautify built homes are on a private road, and we have some of the finest people in the field to design and run our centers.
One of the managing partners is Dr. Joseph McCarthy M.D. Dr McCarthy is the co-author of "Medical Complications of Cocaine Abuse". He was appointed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine to design and implement the nations first Addiction Certification Program. This certification is for physicians who desire to practice in "Addiction Medicine".
We have personally explored the need for such a center in the area. As we expected from the previous research, the need is incredibly high. We have all of the licensing applications in process and are VERY CLOSE to the grand opening. There are still some positions available.
