Hello. My husband and I recently parted ways with a partner in a profitable vocational/technical college. We left the partnership with the real estate in which the business was located. The real estate was just appraised last month at $1.95M, we only owe $888,000. Although we have a great equity position, we have no cash and very little savings. We put all of our resources in launching and managing the business for the last four years. Upon our departure, we decided to take on a project that we have exhaustively researched in the education realm, and know it has tremendous potential. We can occupy our own property as tenants, and would even be willing to use the equity for collateral for a start-up business line of credit for the new business. We have held positions as instructors, compliance personnel, president/CEO, admissions and fundraising capacities. In short, our 30 years combined experience makes us more than qualified to really make this work. Is this something your investors would be interested in? We need about $160K to fund the first 6 months, then the business should be self-sustaining.

Could you shoot me over your business plan and I can take a look and see if there is a fit? From the description that you have given me it looks like there is a good chance that it will.

Thanks,
Chris

Dear Chris and Dan

My name is Kareem and i am a small business owner seeking capital for my medical clinic in the range of 100k to 250,000k i have a Executive Summary and business Plan ready to go. I just shot you a email as well.

The Company:
Pink Lotus Health, Inc is a private for profit community based clinic whose primary purpose is to provide safe quality upscale services to an underserved population that too often is forgotten. One service we will offer is live video streaming chats via cellphone and computer with Nurse Practitioner and Physician. Pink Lotus will offer many of the same services that are available to a population that is considered wealthy. Pink Lotus is dedicated to helping women throughout their lifecycle with compassion while maintaining optimal healthcare practices.

My wife is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and we have a Physician that wants us to take over his medical clinics one by one. My wife works at both clinics now as a NP and she pretty much runs the clinics now. We just took over the first clinic we used our own money for the acquisition fee's so we need some working capital now for operating cost and to add our video streaming NP and MD function. In light of the recent financial crisis that has struck Wall Street and the U.S. economy, Pink Lotus health care (PLHC) still has a sound financial plan for success in this shaky market. PLHC is not a start up company we have an office and preexisting patients that have grown to love us at Pink Lotus. So we plan to be profitable in 12 month or less. I have a business plan available and we are ready to return a ROI of 15-20% to a investor for 3 years. We are also opened to selling some shares of the company.

Thank You
Kareem Davis

Dear Sir,

We are an ESL/EFL school looking for funding for our project, which is at the seed stage of development. The funding will assist in building classrooms, renovation of some areas of the resort, purchasing equipment and materials for academic and administrative needs, advertising, and marketing, and start-up for employees. We would like you to visit our website at www.tefla-edu.org to view what we have in mind. The email address as well as the telephone number listed on the site is inoperative at this time and merely reserved. We would also like to provide you with our Business Plan and a PowerPoint presentation. In our business plan, you will find our business code of ethics as well as a sample of our brochure. We have secured our business license and tax identification for the Philippines. We are residents of the Philippines and cumulatively have been teaching ESL students for many years, so this field is not new to us. For further information on the industry of ESL/EFL schools, and how profitable they are please check with your local business authority as well as those of the Philippines. You will find this is a growing and lucrative business. In addition, I would like to point out; we are not seeking "hot" money, as these schools are long term. If after reviewing our B.P., PowerPoint presentation, website, and you feel you may be interested in assisting us please contact us through this email address. We are seeking $100,000.00 in funding. We have completed our cash flow projections including agent projections.
If you have, any further questions please feel free to contact me.

Respectfully,

John W.

ESL Teacher-thank you for your interest. My husband and I spent four years in the vocational training field, specializing in allied health. Our attention was diverted to ESL and SSL training when we realized the growing need in our community. We separated from our partner, leaving him the business and us maintaining the real estate. Our new venture is a nonprofit, but as the market research continues to mount, we are confident that this is venture has more potential than proprietary vocational training.
