Dear Mr. Black- I need $8,500.00 to start my small business. I had to leave my husband in January 2008 and I am living with my sister and her husband. My credit is no longer good-thanks to my husband. I am however, working toward getting my credit back in good standing-I had to do this once before when I was with my husband. He had us close to bankcruptcy and I corrected our credit and we were able to buy our first home. So I can't believe I am back in this mess again. I can not tell you how wonderful I think it is for people like you to give second chances to people-esp for people to finally get to make their dreams come true. I have had a dream of a handmade jewelry business along with other products -all based on helping people to be encouraged to find the beauty in our daily lives that we tend to miss when things aren't going well and that is when we need it the most. To be able to wear "signature" piece of jewelry that is truly you-and represents elements of nature etc-while you are in a suit maybe and hate your job-maybe that signature piece puts a smile on your face and helps you get thru th day. I also will bef making portable altars for people to have in their homes or briefcase, etc/. I am a reiki master and this is nondenominational-just different types of jewelry and other products that would make a difference in someones day--i truly believe that if we have unconditional love for all and touch one persons heart and then they do etc etc.- it could really make difference in this world-if it doesnt and it just helps that one person--at least we helped that one person!! Anyway- I make silver jewelry, wire wrapped and an American Indian woven style of beading. I love gemstones and use them in my jewelry as well as beads-mostly the gemstones are for wrapped and the silver. I also sew "gypsy chic type of clothes and purses/bags and make pouches to put the finished products in. My father just died in June of mesothelioma and so we are now just getting back to our business-I really wished he could have been here to see us become a success!! I say us because I have my sister and my nephew as my consultants ! I need the money to buy a kiln for my silver, using a torch now-getting too cold to work outside soon! I also need wax kits for molds for my silver and I would love to make gold but cant afford it on my own, I also need findings, gemstones (i have a beautiful start but of course need more--I need to have money to pay fees for entrance into craft fairs, for advertising , buying my fabrics for my clothes-etc . I will be selling at fairs, I have researched 13 stores in my area that I believe would do well selling our jewelry. Also, if I know there is a convention of business men in town for a day or so- I will check w/hotel or whoever is holding the convention and get approval to set up a table so that when the men break or go to lunch-they will see our table and buy their wife a present while they were out of town. So-there are many places like that etc. I would appreciate help with funding my dream-beyond words could say-- I also would pay you back -I would never break a deal made-you can count on me-and i will be a success-I just need my first break and this would be it!!
