I recently bought a building that has an apt, office, retail space. I am leasing the apt and office, and have plans to use the retail space for a restaurant and wine bar in a small but growing town just south of St. Louis. I am a chef by trade and I am looking for help from an investor for the restaurant build out. I have 7 years cooking experience and 10 years experience running a business that was profitably sold in 2007.
