Bought the building, need help with the build-out

I recently bought a building that has an apt, office, retail space. I am leasing the apt and office, and have plans to use the retail space for a restaurant and wine bar in a small but growing town just south of St. Louis. I am a chef by trade and I am looking for help from an investor for the restaurant build out. I have 7 years cooking experience and 10 years experience running a business that was profitably sold in 2007.

Hello Sparky04,

Hope all is well. Sounds like a great building. How much is your business seeking to get off the ground. What will the funds go towards? Have you thought about an SBA? Do you need equipment?

Hi Sparky...There are a number of potential financing solutions we can explore, but in order to do so I'd need more information (such as credit history, assets/debt, financial contribution to the project etc) to determine what is the most viable option at this time. I do have a business plan, that is being reviewed by the local SBDC and a local business school. The build out will run 450,000.
