I have been in food and beverage for 23 years now and I have lived in Fresno, CA my whole life. After working year after year for everyone else I believe now is the time to open my own Bar. So many Clubs have came and gone here because everyone buys them as a personal playground and watering hole. But for me, this is my life. I have found a few locations that are thriving and business won't be an issue. Like I said I've been here my whole life, most of it Bartending and Bar Managing. If you would like to make a quick investment with a very profitable return; this is the one. My plan would cost approximately 300k-500k start up. I dont want a group of investors maybe 1 or 2. I have most capital but would like working capital and to open the way I would like the business to be. I don't want to have to shut down and remodel, thats just lost money... MEASURE TWICE AND CUT ONCE I WAS ALWAYS TOLD...
