There is a great amount of uncertainty in the market right now. Unless you have a "Sure Thing" it is not going to be easy to get financed right now. Anyone who would consider this is also going to want to see that you have invested a good amount your own capital into this as well.

If you want I can take a look at your plan and give you some feed back. That would probably be easier than having you go over the same questions over and over again on this forum.
