Starting a business plan

I am in the process of trying to start a outdoor sporting goods store. While talking to my accountant, he seems to think that I just need to be a LLC. Any other kind of recomendations?

Starting a business plan. What does an LLC have to do with a business plan??

Great that you have an accountant. He knows you and your business
better than I do (and better than others who will post).
Listen to the Professional that is why you hired him and pay him.

Now what about a business plan??

Part of my business plan involves how the company will be set up. I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row before I get to the bank.
