Purchasing an Established Busniess

My wife and I are looking at purchasing a Take-out type eatery that caters to specific cuisine. It is a business that has been in business since 1999. The customer base is limited but we are looking at expending that market and trying to introduce a new market to the products as well as revise the menu and improve on it...

Giving the current credit crush and financial problem in the market place, credit/loan in the normal sense is hard to come by....

I hope someone is interested and has some suggestion. The total cost of the business is $150,000 and I have $10,000 ready and trying to get more through what any way possible..
